Reset is not therapy

Reset is a peer-facing structured 90-day program. It is not psychotherapy, not a medical service, and not a substitute for a licensed mental-health provider. The AI coach is an AI, not a clinician. If you are in crisis, please call 988 (US), Samaritans 116 123 (UK), Telefonseelsorge 0800 111 0 111 (DE), or visit /crisis for country-specific help.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Reset. By completing the intake screening and enrolling in any tier, you confirm that Reset is not a replacement for professional mental-health care and that you have read our crisis resources. Users whose screening indicates acute crisis risk cannot enroll and are routed to professional help instead.

Payments and refunds

Reset is $4.99/month with a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial. You can cancel any time with one click in your account settings — no email, no support ticket, no retention call. Because the price is intentionally low, refunds are handled on a best-effort basis: email hello@reset.life if something went wrong.

Acceptable use

Reset is a private, single-tier consumer SaaS — there is no shared group surface and no other members' data to share. You agree not to use Reset to harass, harm, or attempt to exploit the AI coach (e.g., prompt-injection attacks designed to bypass the safety classifier).

Changes

We may update these terms as Reset evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to active members.
